We are able to delete the stored user names and passwords stored on Windows XP, Vista & 7 machines.
Process 1
Follow these steps to view and edit stored credentials on the computer:
- Open a command prompt as administrator.
- Run the command:
rundll32.exe keymgr.dll KRShowKeyMgr
- The following window will appear, where modifications can be made:

For Windows XP Professional
- Click Start, Run and type Secpol.msc
- Under Local Policies, select Security Options
- In the right-pane, scroll down the list and locate the following entry:
- Double-click the option and set it to Disabled
- Close the Local Security Settings window
- Restart Windows for the changes to take effect
Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication
Disable will let windows to store the Data.
Enable will not let windows to store the Data.
Process 4
- Open Control Panel
- View by: Small Icon
- Credential Manager
- Windows Credentials
From here you can delete as well.
